Join Us for Work Parties at A Home for Hooves!

Currently, we do not have any work parties scheduled. If you would like to arrange a private work party for a group of at least five people, please reach out to Michelle at [email protected].

Work parties offer a unique chance to connect with the animals, get active, and deepen your understanding of what goes on behind the scenes at A Home for Hooves—no prior experience necessary! By attending a work party, you play a vital role in improving the lives of over 200 farmed animals! 

As a work party volunteer, you'll not only contribute to their well-being but also have a great opportunity to create meaningful connections with others. This experience may even inspire you to become a regular volunteer, helping us to continue this crucial work!

Important Information:
Please note that upon arrival, you will be required to sign a liability waiver, as this is a necessary step.

What to Bring:

• Closed-toe and heel shoes
• Hat and sunscreen if required
• Clothing appropriate for expected weather conditions
• Water in a non-breakable container
• * Lunch/Snacks

* As a farmed animal sanctuary, we kindly ask that all food brought for lunch or snacks be strictly vegan. To honor the animals in our care, no animal products—meat, dairy, eggs, or honey—are allowed. Thank you for your understanding!
